COVID-19 Protocol

In-studio Class Registration
Pre-registration is required for in-studio classes at least 1 hour prior to the start of class.  Drop-ins will not be welcome at the studio at this time.  Due to the protocols pertaining to class size, if you do not cancel two hours prior to the start of class for in-studio classes, you will be charged for the class.  (For more information on our cancellation policy visit our About/Rates and Offerings page.

Mats & Props  
At this time we will offer use of our studio mats and props. We ask that you please clean your props after use and suggest bringing a hand towel to use with our bolsters.

Masks
In complying with state guidelines, masks will be optional for vaccinated clients.

Hand Sanitizer and Disinfecting Wipes/Spray
There is a hand sanitizing station just inside the studio's front door.  Please sanitize your hands before checking in with your instructor.

Check-in and Class Protocols for Entering The Studio
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class. Only two students can be in the lobby at one time.  Please leave your personal belonging in your car. We have shoe mats on the floor as you enter the studio.  Check in with your instructor then proceed to the studio room.
*The door will be locked on time for the start of each class, so please do not be late to the class.

Studio Cleaning
Our staff will clean and disinfect the studio after each class.  All high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs and the sign-in desk will be cleaned and disinfected with disinfecting wipes/disinfecting spray and paper towels, and the floor will be vacuumed/swept and washed after each class with disinfecting floor cleaner.  We will have the windows and door open to allow for an increase in airflow whenever weather permits.  We have also added HEPA air filters to the studio to continue to clean the air in the studio. A Professional Cleaning team will be cleaning the studio often
