Cosmic Flow

PranaVayu Inspired 80°-85°

“It all depends on what’s with you.” This vinyasa class is sure to release stress, get you out of your head, and increase flexibility. This all level practice invites you to simply come as you are, flow, relax, breathe, and smile. 

PranaVayu classes include traditional breathing practices (pranayama), a full warm-up and cool-down cycle designed to enhance flexibility and muscle recovery, a fully planned sequence of poses strategically designed to focus on all important ranges of motion, and includes 15 minutes of guided meditation in savasana.

Dark Star

Restorative with Reiki 70° - 75°

“Shall we go, you and I while we can Through the transitive nightfall of diamonds” Dark Star is a restorative practice that opens with gentle movements leading into longer holds that allow muscles, tendons, and ligaments to stretch and open up. Reiki assists will offer an added dimension of relaxation. This is an all levels practice and is great for anyone looking to relax, relieve stress, and increase flexibility

Fire FLOW

Hot Power Flow 90°-95°

“Takes a whole pail of water just to cool him down. Fire! Fire on the mountain. Almost ablaze, still you don't feel the heat…” Power classes are a strong moving flow that incorporates, breath work, balance, stability, flexibility, and endurance. Modifications are offered for beginning and advancing students.

Shakedown Street

Yoga Barre Fusion 70° - 75°

“Nothin' shakin' on shakedown street…”This full body workout is a blend of barre, yoga and strength training. These classes do incorporate the use of hand weights. Not only do these classes strengthen your body, but they also strengthen and challenge your mind.

Stealie Flow

Vinyasa 80°- 85°

A flow class that incorporates, breath work, balance, stability, and flexibility, Although vinyasa moves at a slower pace than power it is still a strong practice. This class is in a warm room and is generally suited for all levels.

Terrapin Station

Yoga Basics 70° - 75°

“Some rise, some fall, some climb
to get to terrapin”
Designed for the beginner student and those simply curious about yoga, Terrapin Station introduces the basic building blocks of a yoga practice and mindful breath work. Alignment cues and modifications are shared throughout this class.

Slow Flow 70° - 75°

“Inspiration, move me brightly…” Slow flow focuses on form, key actions in the body, and linking breath to movement. Class format is taught in a flow style moving from one pose to the next that is similar to Vinyasa. This is a great class for those who are new to yoga as well as those who are looking for some fine tuning in alignment.

 

 

Terrapin Revive

Slow Flow with Restore 70° - 75°

“Counting stars by candlelight all are dim but one is bright” The first half of class is taught in a flow style moving from one pose to the next that is similar to Vinyasa but at a slower pace. The slower pace allows focus on form, key actions in the body, and linking breath to movement. The second part is class is restorative with props and allows you to soften and surrender. This is a great class for those who are new to yoga as well as those who are looking to relax and revive for the week.

Sun Anthem

Flow with Deep Stretch 70° - 75°

Much like the album its name is derived from, Sun Anthem is the perfect blend of two types of practice Yin & Yang. Class is a mixture of a dynamic flow which works the muscles and blood flow, and builds strength and stamina. The second half of class slows down for longer holds to stretch and lengthen the muscles, also helping to create a calmer mind.

SUP YOGA

Yoga practiced on a stand up paddleboard in the water. A flow class with a strong emphasis of linking breath to movement. This deep connection to breath helps to draw the student’s attention inward and allows for a deepening in each pose. These classes focus on core strength and balance helping to keep you grounded on your board. This class is suited for all levels and require no paddleboard experience. Come take your practice to a playful new level.

 

Lazy Lightning

Yin 70° - 75°

“Little bolt of inspiration” Yin yoga is a meditative, floor-based practice accessible for all levels of students. By holding the postures in a supported way for a longer length of time (between 1-4 minutes), connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons, and even bone) are stimulated to their optimal state. Many students find yin yoga to be key to increased flexibility and range of motion, complimenting their flow practice and athletic activities. Practicing yin yoga is especially helpful for relieving tension in the low back and hips, though the full body will experience benefits. The practice also provides space for deepening meditation through breath and mind-body awareness. You will leave class feeling open in body, lighter in energy, and relaxed in your mind!

Private and Semi-Private Session

These sessions are great for both beginner and advancing yoga students. The one on one dynamic really allows for the fine tuning of pose work. Private sessions allow you to work towards a specific goal, customize a yoga practice to suit your specific needs, and help you to advance your practice bringing you to the next level. Private sessions can run 60, 75, or 90 minutes.
